Payment Terms
All charges for goods and services will be arthorized in advance prior to shipping.
No charge will be made on Master Card or Visa until item is shipped. All charges are payble in U.S. currency.
All payments by check must be on pre printed
check, or Money Order (no starter checks). Made out to: Stoneage Concrete Tools. All New York State
residents must pay N.Y. State Sales Tax, this must be included along with shipping or freight charges.
Warranty 7 Day money back guarantee on our products, items must be returned complete in original
packaging, shipping or freight payed by customer. 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Any parts or service covered
under warranty will be at our discression. If the
damage is from neglect or misuse, than parts and labor are not covered. Warranteed items must be sent to us
well packaged. Customer must pay all shipping or freight charges.
Shipping & Freight Policy
Orders are custom made on a first come, first serve basis so please allow 7 - 14 days for your order to
be shipped. Smaller items will be sent ups ground but the E-Z Mesh TM
machine must be shipped by freight due to size and weight. We do not export.
Each order will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Have Questions? Office hours are 8:00am
- 4:00pm Monday - Friday E.S.T. Any orders received after 4:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier at once, and any damages must be noted on the bill of
lading. Save all original packaging for carrier to inspect. ALL DAMAGES MUST REPORTED IMMEDIATELY
TO CARRIER AND TO STONEAGE CONCETE TOOLS within 24 hours of receiving order. All of our products are
properly packaged and inspected before shipping. We are not responsible for damages during shipping.
